Housing Continuum, Inc. · Purchase/Rehab/Resale

Renovated homes for income-eligible families to buy.

Housing Continuum buys homes in need of repair, fully rehabilitates them, and sells them to income-eligible families as their own home.

How it works

From run-down house to family home

1

We purchase

Housing Continuum buys homes, often after a foreclosure or when they’re in poor condition.

2

We rehabilitate

Each home is fully rehabilitated so it’s safe, sound and move-in ready.

3

We sell

The home is sold to an income-eligible family. Homebuyer assistance may be available, depending on the funding source.

Buyer Requirements

Who can buy a home?

Requirements vary depending on how each home is funded, but in every case:

Your household income must meet the program’s income requirements.

The home must be your principal residence, where you live.

You must qualify for a fixed-rate mortgage from a private lender.

You must be able to pay the down payment and closing costs.

Income limits are provided for each listing individually
